To be eligible for the RMFP benefit you must have attained age 55 and earned at least 10 service credits. You must also be receiving a pension check from an IBEW/NECA - sponsored defined benefit pension and you must be covered under the St. Paul Electrical Workers Health Plan at the time of retirement for at least 60 consecutive months immediately preceding retirement.
